IN Qa32 tcode i want error messages in usage decisions when we skip the results tab

Hi Experts,

        I have one requirement.wen we execute the Qa32 tcode ,the user will check the material with three steps .

                        1)Inspection lot

                        2)Results

                        3)usage decision.

       Now want i want is, if the user will skip the second step(results) and going to third step means ,the error should comes like 'RESULT STEP IS SKIPPED' .Now the standard did not showing any error messages.

       Can anyone give the steps or procedures.
