you would need to use calmonth2 in rows.
have 3 columns one per each year, reading the data for 2014 / 2013 / 2012 (columns in the end hidden)
create columns(that will be shown) that work with formula variable reading the month.
when the month is <= current month (here you will need an exit to identify from system date what is current month) read the value from column 2014, if the month is > current month read from 2013 -> this you can show in your CY
do the same for PY just reading from 2013 and 2012 columns.
then you have the right data, but the ordering of the lines in the report would be strange.
and for this I don´t have an idea.
