I have this same problem, I'm dealing with, and I've referred to the SAP Note 1556041.
I've made the changes to the xcellerator.cfg file, but now I can't access the Integration Framework Login page anymore.
The machine is hosted elsewhere, and we are managing it remotely. What are my options?
The SAP Note mentions that this fix only works with local machine access....
