There is a standard matrix to do this - the Traceability Matrix. There are two easy ways to create one of these:
- use the toolbar in the Document View (the default view of requirements) - click on the Create Traceability View button
- right-click the model name in the browser, select 'New', then 'traceability matrix view'
Make sure the matrix type is set to 'Design Objects' using the 'change traceability matrix type' button
Click on the tool bar button that has a '+' on it to select objects for the matrix columns, from open models
