Hi Jamie -

After I add the "If", it says "To many arguaments have been given to this function" and it highlights the second argument..."{CallLog.RecvdTime}"

Also, when I use this (open tickets opened for today only) option "if {CallLog.RecvdDate} = "currentdate"

then 1 else 0"

It's returning "0" for all the analysts.
