1) do you want to automate (process F110 in background)? if Yes, then use tcode F110S (schedule program RFF110S in background). this is available in ECC 6 not sure of other versions

2) if you want to print checks from different banks (after doing reallocation), maintain variant for other bank also. if yoi do not maintain the variant for the other bank, it will not print the checks
