Hi Michael,
As rightly mentioned by JB about the sumation without macro you can manually do the calculation, or you can use row total functionality provided by SAP.
Settings --> Row Total
For unique functions it would help if you specify the requirement you have as there are many unique functions, and also you need to specify the measure of uniqueness
