T-code SM_WORKCENTER -> SAP Solution Manager Administartion(tab) -> Infrastructure . Then
Choose Agent Framework
Look for agents which have red status. Start them if stopped or restart them
or
Login to agent administration console , URL would be .Look for offline agents and restart them.

2. Critical Amount of Diagnostic Agents for Root Cause Analysis unavailable.
Same as above.
3. qRFC Errors.
Tcode SMQ1 and SMQ2 check for failed queues.
