Horizontal Data in flat File to be converted vertically while loading to dso

This is the data I am loading through flat file.

100001 100   10000        20000     30000      40000       5000     6000           70000  8000          90000     10000           11000     120000

But I need to convert to following to below output while loading to DSO.
