MSS reports in SAP_CORBU theme?

Our system is as follows:

SAP_BASIS 731 SP-Level 0007

EA-HR 607 SP-Level 0016

we are portal-less and only run NWBC for HTML 3.5.

I am implementing MSS reports and find that when the report actually launches it's losing our SAP_THEME setting of SAP_CORBU

Theme is lost when report is launched and looks very ugly compared to the cleanness of the CORBU theme.

Does anyone know of config or settings I can do to keep the setting or is it possible?
