I have a weird issue on hand. Looks like one of my ID changelist is in limbo. The channels that are part of this changelist now show status as 'In Process' on the top right of communication channel window. If i try to change it or activate it or reject the change it says 'ChangeList dosen't exist'. However the other users see the same channel status 'Active', however if they try to update the channel they get an error message saying 'this object is in my changelist (Changelist ID: 7f7a5cfe-7faf-11e3-98f7-00000070828a) already'. However I do not see the changelist under my name at all.nor do other users see my changelist.
I also tried to get the status of the changelist using the changelistin webservice through NWA. I get a response back saying that '7f7a5cfe-7faf-11e3-98f7-00000070828a' does not exist.
Till this issue is resolved no one can make change to about 30 channels that were part of this changelist.
Please advice.
